Project Road Map

At the point the Artist engages with AWIP for any Project we will then aim to follow a road map like the one outlined below to complete the project and close the budget.
  1. Discuss scope of the project and what we need to achieve with the artist. This can be presented to AWIP as a detailed brief or talked through in a meeting.
  2. AWIP presents a Proposal which will include a list of services we will provide, a rough timeline and estimated costs.
  3. The Artist instructs AWIP to proceed with the Project as per details outlined in the Proposal. This is the point at which a Deposit is required, as detailed in the Proposal.
  4. Equipment and Expenses payments agreed
  5. Execute Project. Our team and equipment costs will be invoiced as agreed in the proposal during the project.
  6. We will provide deliverables if applicable
  7. We will close budget with actual costs
  8. We invoice for any remaining costs and fees
